Chili Shelf End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement (EULA) establishes a legal contract between CoServe Ltd. t/a Chili Shelf (Licensor) and you, the Licensee, who may be an individual or a single legal entity.

Upon receiving the software from the Atlassian Marketplace or directly from CoServe Ltd. t/a Chili Shelf, this EULA becomes applicable.

By installing, copying, downloading, or utilizing the Software, or by clicking the "I Accept/Agree" button during online acquisition, the Licensee acknowledges and accepts the terms outlined in this EULA. Failure to agree to these terms prohibits the Licensee from installing, copying, downloading, or using the Software."

Definitions

Accessible Code means a source code that is unprotected and accessible.

Protected Code means any source code that is protected against the access of the Licensee and any third party without Licensor’s prior written permission and is otherwise not accessible under this EULA.

Reseller means the Atlassian Marketplace which is selling and distributing CoServe Ltd t/a Chili Shelf products.

Software means the CoServe Ltd t/a Chili Shelf applications in which this encompasses computer software, source code, and potentially includes related media, printed materials, documentation in online or electronic format and Internet-based services. This software is solely related to this EULA.

User License means a license granted under this EULA to the Licensee to permit an Authorized User to use the Software. The number of User Licenses granted to the Licensee depends on the Fees paid by the Licensee.

License Terms

Licensees can install applications (Software) created by CoServe Ltd t/a Chili Shelf that is published and accessible on the Atlassian Marketplace. The Software is safeguarded by copyright and other laws and agreements governing intellectual property. Under this agreement, the Licensee does not obtain any ownership rights in the Software, except as granted through this license and subject to strict adherence to the terms of the User License.

We advice that you read through the below terms and conditions before installing and using the Software that is published on the Atlassian Marketplace by CoServe t/a Chili Shelf.

Terms and Conditions

The Licensee is prohibited from undertaking the following actions without obtaining prior written consent from CoServe Ltd t/a Chili Shelf:

  • Copying or embedding components of the Accessible Code found within the Software into other software. The Software may include license protection mechanisms designed to safeguard the intellectual property rights of CoServe Ltd t/a Chili Shelf. The Licensee must not modify or tamper with these features in an attempt to circumvent the license protection mechanisms. Any such attempt will result in the immediate termination of all licenses.
  • Engaging in any act or omission that may tarnish the reputation of CoServe Ltd t/a Chili Shelf or that could reasonably be expected to have a significant adverse effect on the interests of CoServe Ltd t/a Chili Shelf.
  • Distributing the Software through Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Distribution without entering into a separate OEM Distribution Agreement with CoServe Ltd t/a Chili Shelf.
  • Decompiling, reverse engineering, disassembling, modifying, adapting, creating derivative works from, or attempting to extract any part or entirety of the Software.
  • Accessing or utilizing any Embedded Software independently from the rest of the Software, either directly or indirectly.
  • Selling, sublicensing, redistributing, reproducing, transmitting, circulating, disseminating, translating, or converting the Software or any data/information obtained through the Software, which is not owned by the Licensee, to any unauthorized person.
  • Altering or amending the Software, including any Embedded Software, Protected Code, or Accessible Code.
  • Publishing, promoting, broadcasting, circulating, or making public references to the name, trade name, trademark, service mark, or logo of CoServe Ltd t/a Chili Shelf without obtaining prior written consent.
  • Licensee ensures that only an Authorized User uses the Software and only in accordance with the terms and conditions of this EULA.
  • Licensee is allowed to use Software on the specified Atlassian Cloud, for which the License is bought. Licensee is aware that Software provided by CoServe Ltd t/a Chili Shelf can only be used by Atlassian Cloud and any Atlassian on-premise services is not supported

This EULA is a supplement to the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use.
